- YYYaSep 10, 20253.0At 9pm they only allowed pick up and orders from the outside window. I had ordered online and when I arrive there were several others waiting for their food. It felt disorganized and people were blocking the pickup/order window. The staff wasn’t very attentive or courteous. When I went to the window to tell them I ordered through the app the cashier was dismissive. I get it, he was trying to get everyone’s order ready, but he could’ve patiently expressed it. Instead he didn’t greet me , turned his back several times to me, and took several minutes before he acknowledged me only to just gesture with his hands to wait. Usually that wouldn’t bother me bc fast food jobs can be fast paced and it’s hard to keep up with customer service all time. However, as he was prepping this one woman’s order, he immediately switched up and started flirting with her hard. That being said, despite the customer service, they got my order correct and the food was good. But just bc this might be a brand new Taco Bell in the area, don’t expect the customer service to be top tier.
