  Man, I hate to be that guy but this place has been asking for a bad review. I’ve been coming here for years. They used to be so great but for the past couple of months, they have been lackluster. They fell off. For some reason, they don’t accept coupons even though any other subway location does. But my biggest gripe with this particular subway location is the portion size. They skimp on the portions. They give less than they’re supposed to. I have to call them out on it because they think I don’t know the difference but they’ve been doing this and it’s not right. If I’m paying more than 10 dollars for a sandwich, I want to enjoy it. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here anymore. There’s a BP Gas Station Subway not too far from this one that doesn’t skimp on the portions and I would say go to that. As for this place in particular, stop being so stingy with the meat, cheese, and condiments. Be fair, be better. Fix yourselves.

  They don't accept coupons. The same coupons I use at every other subway I buy food from.

  Customer care lady sayeda (from metropolitan av, Bronx location) was very disrespectful. She was cursing me just because I wanted to know what type of mozzarella cheese they have & the price. She was Bengali and cursed me on her language thinking I wouldn’t understand her language!! just bcz I asked her ONCE, she cursed badly. I hope management will take some actions because i wasn’t rude & she wasn’t doing her job. Thanks
