  Placed an order online for pickup using the BOGO1 code. Order was about $30 bucks. On my way to the store, check my app, find out they canceled the order. I called to ask why, dude was INSANELY rude shouting about how they don’t do the buy one get one deal. Chill! No apologies or offering a solution, just straight yelling at me like I should have known..? My bad bro. Guess you don’t want my business then! How do you run a food place but you hate customers and hate money? You know those are the two things you need right? I’ll take my $30 somewhere else, no bullshish

  I ordered online, it appeared in their system as a combo, when I said I wasn't interested in the combo in the app, I ordered everything separately. I ordered a coffee that they have on their online menu and they didn't have it in the store. I told them to give me something with the same value in coffee and they only wanted to give me 1 cookie. They also gave me one cookie, when I paid for three. Apparently in their system it changes how I place the order. However, I still paid for the 3 cookies that they were denying me and the coffee. The employees at this Subway never understand what is ordered, they don't know how to reason with customers. Many times I have seen how they insult customers without being right, including me. Terrible service. Other times I order online and they don't even make my food and when they do, they make it wrong. When the order has already been paid for.
