  Ordered roast beef foot long & cranberry cheesecake cookies thru UberEats app. I payed for 50% more meat which was ignored and I’m pretty sure the meat was not roast beef but some sort of chopped beef or steak. Yuk! I ate half and threw away the other half. They sent macadamia nut cookies. Not what I ordered. I haven’t had Subways in years and now I remember why.

  They are doing shady business at this Subway. Twice I've ordered through the Uber Eats app and they don't have the item. The person in the restaurant will wait until the delivery person is there to pick up the food, and use the delivery person's phone to call me to tell me they don't have the item and I should cancel from my phone. Here's the thing - if I cancel from my phone, I lose out on my funds. It is the responsibility of the restaurant to cancel! Additionally, from their Uber Eats portal, they have the option to update what they have in stock so that customers don't have the option to order said item. The shady part comes in when the customer cancels, the restaurant collects the $ that was paid for the order. They did this to the wrong person today!! (actually, this is the second time they have done it to me, but I finally figured out the scam). What's even worse is, whenever you call the restaurant directly, the man pretends as if he doesn't understand what I'm saying. Sir, I have already reported this establishment to Uber Eats, and your restaurant will be removed from Uber Eats. You're welcome.
