- SSSidhuOct 22, 20251.0Terrible experience at this Subway inside the BP gas station. I went around 10 PM to get the meal of the day. The employee said deals weren’t available, but I could still order without it like pay the full price but no deals which didn’t make any sense. I placed my order through the Subway app anyway—it went through, and then he canceled it right in front of me, saying “Subway isn’t working.” When I said I’d report it, he told me to go ahead like he didn’t care. When I started recording for proof, he and a couple of others began recording me too. The worker in black shirt worker gave me middle finger (picture attached), refused to give name or any manager’s info, and they even came outside to my car trying to intimidate me. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this location has a pattern of this scammy behavior. I’ve reported it to Subway and BP—if this happens to you, report it too.
