- MMMilagrosDec 3, 20251.0I walked in with my service dog and was yelled at by some lady with dread locs who I believeisastore manager, which completely embarrassed me in front of many customers, from all the way down the aisle as if I was stealing something. My dog clearly had the proper identification for a service animal and refused to let me shop for my groceries. I hope this doesn't happen to another person, but wow. I calmly left, but whoever hired that woman or put her in charge needs to teach her the proper way to address a store's rules. I myself work as a manager, and I would never hound a customer over a service dog. I understand the rules about other animals; however, my dog is a SERVICE DOG for my disability. The only way someone with a service animal should be asked to leave is when a disturbance is caused. The only one who made said disturbance is that woman. She was unprofessional and wanted to walk me out as if I stole.
