I was a regular at this location for years, to the point where a former server had my order memorized. Even after she left the company, I continued coming in for lunch, and the staff still recognized me. My food was consistently fresh, and I always felt well taken care of, which is why I remained loyal for so long. Unfortunately, that changed after my recent encounter. I parked directly out front, as I always did, ordered my food, and dined inside. While I was eating, my vehicle was struck while parked outside, directly within view of the cameras. I immediately went back inside to inform the staff, but I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to wait for a manager to contact me. No one ever followed up. The next day, I had to call myself. When I finally spoke with someone claiming to be the manager, I was told they could not access any camera footage and that I would need to subpoena the building owner to obtain it. This was extremely disappointing, especially as a loyal customer who had supported this business for years. There was no sense of urgency, concern, or effort to assist me in a situation that occurred directly on their property and within camera view. Accidents happen, and I understand that. However, this location could have shown accountability and a willingness to help. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return. Businesses should take care of the customers who consistently support them.

I have come to this location twice looking for one thing. Milkshake. The first time was a month ago. They had no ice cream. How does that happen? Now today, I go in at 9:23pm. I ask if they even have ice cream to make milkshakes. The cashier tells me,"Oh we're not making milkshakes anymore tonight." I ask why and he tells me, " Um, because we're about to close." Yeah, in 37 minutes exact! You mean to tell me you can't clean an ice cream scoop, the milkshake cup, and the machine in 30 minutes!? I say 30 to give him time to make the shake. Eventhough that's more time needed. This location is ridiculous. I am starting to believe that the last time I was there and the cashier said there was no ice cream, it was because she didn't want to make it. Sad work ethic and even worse customer service.

I stopped eating smash burger for a while because last time I had it there was a weird wrapper or napkin on my burger that I ate a piece of. I decided to give them a chance again I asked for a well done burger this still pink. I didn’t notice until a few bites in. Hopefully I fit. Get sick I’m sensitive.

Zoe was working as hard as anyone could expect. The problem is that there wasn't enough help. I watched her being pleasant and efficient as possible. I got exhausted just watched her. I ordered one Crispy chicken sandwich. It is now 45 minutes waiting and still haven't received my order. So at this point I can't rate the food.

The food was soo gooddd, and great customer service. I want to shout out a specific employee named Zoey(forgive me if I spelled it wrong) This girl, from the moment I walked in, had amazing love and care for customers. She had such good energy, and I could tell that she truly cares for the customers experience here at smashburger. She took care of my table, was very light hearted and funny throughout the whole time. And even outside of attending us, was always polite and went above and beyond to attend to the customers needs. I love this girl !! I pray to see her again because she truly made my night🤧🫶🏽
