  There were more then 5 employees working on this shift and he still couldn’t take my order it was 8:10 2 hours before closing and there was nobody in the business it wasn’t busy packed nothing literally empty and telling people you can’t take their orders because you gotta bag uber orders and it’s 5 other employees there 3 in the kitchen and two other cleaning . I waited 10 mins and he said it’ll be another additional 10 mins when there’s nobody in this restaurant yall

  Service is always slow, tried this location few times. The team without experience and Understaffed, they take their sweet time they don't coordinate, part of your order will be cold until you get the rest. If you plan to visit, better keep in mind you need an hour at least for a burger.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. I checked the app before leaving and saw that the location was listed as open. I traveled a significant distance in the snow specifically to order fries, tater tots, a Smashburger, and brussels sprouts, only to arrive and find the store completely closed. This was very frustrating and disappointing, especially given the weather conditions. If the store is closed, the hours should be accurately updated on Google Maps and the app to prevent customers from making unnecessary trips. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to others.

  Need more employees this place is super slow. Been online waiting 10 mins just to order. There’s only one person who is taking orders, making orders and delivering food to tables. I was only person online and still waited over 10 mins just to have order taken. Very unacceptable.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time at Smashburger and the experience was honestly great from start to finish. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean, and the wait time was very reasonable. What really stood out was the service. Dom was my waiter, and he was excellent. Since it was my first time eating at Smashburger, I wasn’t sure what to order. Instead of rushing me or pushing something random, he took the time to ask what I like, gave thoughtful recommendations, and helped narrow it down to something that actually fit my taste. I really appreciated his patience and attention. The food was great, and the service made the experience even better. Big thanks to Dom for making my first visit a good one — I’ll definitely be back.
