Then I decided to re order to take home, 4.pm change of shift that's when everything went down hill. As a manager I could tell lack of staff and urgency and maybe even training needed. Guest first all the way. But I can say is always been like that ,I eat here once a while hoping to see a change . 👍

All tables dirty and food all over the floor! HORRIBLE SERVICE !! Bathrooms are nasty and dirty as well

However, when these corporations come to the neighborhoods of the Bronx, they never staff enough people to accommodate the influx of patrons. There’s always a weight of 15 minutes or more due to the higher-ups, not providing enough staff to accommodate again the patrons. I have nothing against the workers today of December 2022, 2025. They are doing their job as they could however, the cooks in the back are moving like they have molasses on their feet.
