- CMcamelia motocFeb 1, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this Papa John’s location while picking up two pizzas ordered through Uber Eats. I arrived exactly at the pickup time shown in the app, but from the moment I walked in, the employee was rude and dismissive, telling me to “make it quick” before even checking my order. He was standing behind a glass window, making it difficult to hear each other, yet he continued speaking sharply instead of communicating clearly or respectfully. When I gave my name, he said the order wasn’t ready and claimed it would take another 10–15 minutes, despite Uber Eats showing it as ready for pickup. Rather than focusing on the order, he repeatedly argued with me about my dog being inside the store and explicitly stated that he was “not comfortable” with my dog being there. I explained that my dog could not be left outside unattended and that he is an ESA. The employee continued to escalate the situation, spending more time arguing about my dog than addressing the delayed order. I felt disrespected and poorly treated. Delays happen—but hostility, poor communication, and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. I expect better from a national brand like Papa John’s. I will not be returning to this location.

- ESEdgar SantiagoNov 18, 20255.0I when there one time .......now I go everyweek......that was 3 months ago ever since....everyweek for 3 months now....the pizza is great ......the manager there Alex is very helpful staff is good ......food is even better in this location for me ......I will se them next week....I will definitely recommend this place.....5 stars .....
