  Honestly order Domino's or little cesars instead of this location. Ordered delivery 3 items about 35 bucks. Got chicken and peppers on pizza, boneless wings. The pizza barely had any chicken. Compared to domino's where they usually give me lots, not a slice left untouched. Boneless chicken wings was more like chicken nuggets which hot sauce (this is the only thing the location is not at fault for). Delivery experience wasn't stellar. Waited for 40 mins when the app suddenly said delivered but no actually delivery. I called but when they finally responded, I only got to say my name before someone told me it's on the way and hung up straight away lol. Not delivery to door even though I gave the door bell and have a fully functional door. Not great. Maybe I am just being picky but I've gotten better Service elsewhere.

  Dude this manager needs to be spoken to.There are over 6 customers but guess how many workers their are.ONLY 2 WORKERS SERVING ALMOST TRIPLE THEMSELVES.Plus when I ordered they said it would be done in 2 min but after 5 mins I ask where is my order yet they say 10 mins.Dude manager hire more workers 2 workers managing over 6 customers.Manager tighten up and also I see they got a grade A on the sanitary inspection.How.The place looks so old and disgusting I did not even want to touch anything.

  Ordered 16 pieces of wings, only get 6. Spend the next hour between this location and Doordash trying to either get a refund or the product I paid for. Not only do I not get my refund, they give me store credit to have me reorder my wings and pay more delivery fees and tip another driver. The Papa John's manager on the call was horrible at customer service, and we ended up cussing at each other over the phone! Really unprofessional!

  I called to order and they said 35 minutes 1 hour passed and my did not arrive. I called again and they said they will send it in 10 minutes. I waited for another 10 minutes and no one came to drop off the pizza. I called again to speak with the manager and the manager was all mad.
