We ordered the French onion soup in a bread bowl, and there was literally no broth. You’d expect the bread to soak it up, except the bread on the bottom was dry. When we took it back to the counter, the employee said (with a straight face) we should’ve ordered the regular bowl, and the bread bowl with it on the side, as if that’s a normal thing to do. I settled and went back to our table and tried to continue chewing our soup. Two bites in was absolutely enough for me, and I went back and asked for at least more broth for the bowls, as we were CHEWING OUR SOUP. The excuse this time was that they haven’t sold the soup all day so it has gotten thick. I’m writing this at 1:03pm. We received out order at 12:39. They’ve been open since 7, and they close at 9pm. Also, the lemonades are disgusting. The pomegranate flavor especially tastes like fabuloso. All around has declined since my last visit & though I’m a local, I’m never coming back here.

I've been here at opening, at lunch and at closing time and at none of these times have they had all bagels baked. I don't understand how a store can open in the morning and already be out of certain bagels. I had to drive to another location just to get what I wanted and that is unacceptable.
