The person taking my order sighed openly, argued over their own mistake, and talked about me in Spanish — unaware I understood everything. The person who should have stepped in (the manager) stayed silent and ignored it. I don’t pay fast-food prices to be disrespected. I hope corporate sees this because this team needs training in basic professionalism and customer respect.

Usually wouldn’t have wasted my time on the review but it’s absolutely worth my time today. Still waiting on my order - not much of a fast food restaurant. Today restaurant customer capacity is at about 1/4. Unbelievable!
