- DDDESMONTJan 5, 20261.0One of the worst McDonald's in the world! And of course, it's in the Bronx. The restrooms are absolutely filthy. The service is a mess: when you order at the kiosk, it forces you to enter a table number, but none of the tables actually have numbers on them! To make matters worse, the machine didn't give me a receipt after I paid, so I had no way to prove which order was mine. On top of that, it is very cold inside! It is 30°F (-1°C) outside, and it feels like there is no heating in here at all. Terrible experience. Avoid this place!

There were three people inside working. I’m not understanding why there were three cars just sitting in the drive thru. Someone had to get out of their car and speak to the workers to see what was going on. Do better
