They know we are purchasing food and still don’t give you napkins or straws or any sauces you purchase or ask for. So many employees for no reason they all bunch up working in the same order. The manager ALTAGRACIA needs to be fired she thinks she does things right and do it wrong forgetting things from orders and still argues with customers like we are crazy. Gaslighting customers is crazy and arguing with them.

The bathrooms need more constant cleaning and the lock on the men's bathroom door needs to be fixed. Being close to one of the most famous stadiums in the Bronx, it should look better for customers , They should improve customer service, also some people who serve there are reluctant to serve the customers of the place.
