The way she speaks down to her employees is not right and I don’t need nor want to hear her being disrespectful. There are friendly staff members there like the lady with the blue hair she is extremely nice and very helpful. She makes my day especially on bad days which is why I continue to eat there at lunch. I also feel as they should have Security there as I am constantly harassed by the homeless.
