The wait time was longer than expected, and when the food finally came out, it wasn’t great. The fries were cold, and the burger was messy and poorly put together. I do want to be clear though — this wasn’t the waiter or cashier’s fault at all. The staff member taking my order was polite and did their best, and they handled things professionally. The issues seemed more like kitchen management or overall organization problems rather than front counter service. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast and consistent, and this experience just didn’t live up to that. Hopefully things improve because the workers up front are clearly trying.
