I got to the establishment and was told the location was closed and was rudely instructed to contact my back to get my money back by the manager. A heavy set older Hispanic older gentleman. I proceeded to ask his name and he asked me why did I need his name. In his word verbatim "why do you need my name for what? I said where closed ". This level of professional should not be tolerated especially when money is being spent. I would definitely like a refund and for the manager to be trained on customer service. The hours of operations should also be updated to prevent future mishaps.
