Too many times I've received cold food, freezing hot coffee, on occasion uncompleted value meals both breakfast and lunch. And the staff has gone from slow to nonexistent, I've have waited for my order or just watched as my food got colder as it just sat there for an extended time. I have watched as staff just stands there and converted among one another as patrons wait for their food to be made or even handed to them. I have spoken to management staff too many times and nothing has improved. Im sorry but its like being held hostage due to this being one of the few fast food options in the area.
