    Unfortunately, this location is not safe at night and forces you to stand wait outside of the walk-up service. However, employees are not attentive to the long lines that are outside in the cold and make no mention of the hours to which the restaurant closes its indoor service. I normally have great experiences with McDonald's, but I wasn't the only one impacted by a long wait line outside this location's walk up service station. No worker gave me the time of day and no one explained why the doors were locked until a kindly Uber eats person explained this to me. I felt ignored and had to leave because the line was far too long to be out past 11:30 pm. It's a shame, but this was an extremely disorganized night shift.

    How you ended the breakfast menu before breakfast ended? You suck. The area around you is also not safe. It's so bad that people are urging individuals outside not to leave their bikes outside or it'll be stolen.

    Worst McDonald chain in the Bronx. Morning staff is very rude and have a cold welcoming. They are disrespectful do not help customer just give attitude. Following after that manager.

    Horrible customer service manager expected me to go and get changed and come back and pick up my breakfast just uploaded a picture of the horrible management that they have at this location
