    There is a manager in the mornings that is great but the mid night shift is very uneducated and unprofessional.Also is says that is open 24HRS BUT ITS NOT they close it every night from 3-5 am

    Ordered through doordash today all three of my hash browns were under cooked. My bisquit sandwich was missing from my order.(Bag was sealed) Both my bagel sandwichs had the wrong egg inside of them. They usually come with yellow eggs but instead I got an egg that goes inside of a different sandwich. This egg was too small for the bagel, and does not go well with the bagel. Horrible service.

    I had to leave my order , the window guy was talking and showing pitcher with the customer in front of me for about 15 minutes, basically ignoring me as I was waiting behind

    Unfortunately, this location is not safe at night and forces you to stand wait outside of the walk-up service. However, employees are not attentive to the long lines that are outside in the cold and make no mention of the hours to which the restaurant closes its indoor service. I normally have great experiences with McDonald's, but I wasn't the only one impacted by a long wait line outside this location's walk up service station. No worker gave me the time of day and no one explained why the doors were locked until a kindly Uber eats person explained this to me. I felt ignored and had to leave because the line was far too long to be out past 11:30 pm. It's a shame, but this was an extremely disorganized night shift.
