- DDDaydayJan 1, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered two cheeseburger combos through Uber Eats and received only buns with cheese and ketchup — no burger patties at all. This is careless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. What makes this worse is that this is not the first time this has happened. Because of that, I will be taking further action. Customers should not have to deal with repeated issues like this. This was a total waste of money and time. I will not be ordering from here again and I strongly do not recommend this place.

When I pulled up and gave my order number twice, the employee responded with a bad attitude, saying, “That’s not what I asked you.” It is not the customer’s fault if an employee is having a bad day, and customers should not be treated this way when they are spending their money. People with this kind of attitude should not be working at such an incredible franchise. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
