I came to pick up an Uber Eats order, and they told me to wait outside. I sat there for over 10 minutes while employees, including the manager, saw me sitting and completely ignored me. It wasn’t even busy they were just standing around talking. When the manager finally came over, he asked for the name of the order, only to tell me it had already been picked up by someone else. If the order was gone, I should have been told right away. Instead, they wasted my time and left me sitting outside with zero communication. That’s lazy, unprofessional, and shows no respect for people’s time. If the staff and manager can’t even do something as simple as check in with customers or drivers waiting for orders, then this location is being run very poorly. Terrible service, terrible management.
