I am writing to make a complaint about the extremely rude and nasty customer service I received at your McDonald’s. During my visit, I was spoken to very nastily by a staff member. I was laughed at, and it was clear that they did not care about my concerns at all. This behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy when visiting any McDonald’s restaurant, and this experience fell far below that standard. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

- RTRoxanne TDec 31, 20251.0I had to use the restroom at this McDonald’s, I saw a man hanging around outside the ladies room, didn’t think much of it, went inside, well didn’t this same man who was hovering outside come inside and was standing there peeking over the door of the bathroom I was in. I was in there alone, I ran out and of course he was gone-counter people looking around like they don’t know what is going on. Thank goodness, I was still pittering around preparing the seat and that is how I saw him, otherwise, hmm.. Well Ladies be careful when you go to this McDonald’s, look around if there are strange men hanging in front-don’t enter, so many perverts out there, sorry this happened at McDonalds, will never go to this one again! Stay Away Ladies!
