    Original incident here on Oct 27, 2025: I placed a mobile order and when the manager couldn’t find it, they stopped communicating and offered no help, telling me to scan a job flyer for contacts instead. I tried to resolve this properly — I emailed McDonald’s multiple times (Nov 1, Nov 6, Nov 17, Nov 22, Dec 3) and received inconsistent replies or none at all. One service manager asked for my address then never responded to my follow‑ups. On Dec 4, McDonald’s Customer Care said they’d notify the regional office — I heard nothing. After more follow‑up, my case was closed by McDonald’s for “no response” despite their silence. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint; McDonald’s failed to respond twice and the BBB closed it as unresolved (Case #35022781). I’ve documented every step clearly and followed every internal channel. The lack of accountability and follow‑through is unacceptable.

    I just got my food and sat on the table with my kid. Too my surprise from back chair one homeless person was sitting the whole time in this restaurant. No manager nor any other employee doing something about it. The homeless person was coming and disturbing for food and money. Check the camera i couldn't eat even i have to give away my drinks. To make sure my family is safe. The manager in this location don't deserve this job mc donalds brand is not to be meant like this for guest service. They need to telecare of this place nicely to create environment for guest to enjoy the meal with family for what they paid for to seat and dine too. Its a place for homeless. Dont go there.

    I went to the drove thru and it says 24hr service yet NO ONE was answering the window service even though I had ordered my food online so I couldn’t cancel and I wasn’t gonna leave the almost 50 dollars I had spent. I had to wait for over an hour.

    UPDATE: someone from the store commennted on my review, asking me to reach out via the web form. I’ve already done that three times (Nov 1, Nov 4, and Dec 3). I also emailed your Customer Service Manager Dailing Valentin, who asked for my address and then ignored my follow-up emails. If this were a serious attempt to resolve the issue, you’d respond to the messages already sent. This canned reply just reinforces the pattern. ————————————-————————————— I had a frustrating experience here on October 27, 2025. I placed an order through the app and went to the drive-thru to pick it up. The person at the window (who turned out to be the manager on duty) said they couldn’t find my order. When I asked for help, they just stopped talking and walked away. Completely unprofessional. I went inside, and another employee found my order almost immediately. But when I asked how to file a complaint, no one had a clue. One person pointed me to a QR code for job applications. No one could give me any contact info for a store manager or owner. No one still can. I tried to go through McDonald’s customer service and twice my case was closed without any resolution. Apparently, it was passed off to local management, and I never heard a word back. So either the owner doesn’t care, or they just don’t respond. The food was fine. But this place is a joke when it comes to basic accountability and service. If you get treated poorly here, don’t expect anyone to take responsibility. If anyone at this store or in regional management is reading this: you had multiple chances to do the right thing, and you ignored every single one of them.
