EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I came into this McDonalds and put in my order. I then asked for the code or key for the bathroom. They literally waved me off with an attitude. I had an athletic hoodie (from Spartan Races) and they treated me like they thought I was homeless. I asked numerous times and numerous people for the code and the all ignored me. After 10 mins, I was staying in front of someone picking up and order for Uber and they had to finally address me. I asked for the code and she said strongly Can you wait???? This is after me waiting for 10 mins! What a terrible experience at a McDonalds. I asked the security guard for the manager but she was not onsite at the time. I hope she doesnt uphold such a low standard for her staff. I understand that they are busy but I am a paying customer and the least they could have done was address me and ask me wait a minute.

The only reason to stop here is out of pure desperation. This place doesn’t live up to the company’s “mission”. No 1 at the counter knows how to apply the app codes if you go inside. The language barrier is absolutely nuts. They only hire Spanish speaking people and couldn’t care less if they know any English beyond what’s on the menu because of course the demographics of the neighborhood.
Cold food that is either over cooked or under cooked and ridiculous wait times

Gosto muito dessa unidade, ambiente excelente,limpeza também (tem uma senhora no período da tarde que é muito educada, prestativa e sempre limpando o local ,Ela faz um excelente serviço), a comida sempre quente e fresca. Apenas uma observação à um funcionário ñ as entrega dos alimentos que é bem grosseiro com determinadas pessoas, é um caso o isolado que não diminuem a minha satisfação com essa unidade. Em uma análise geral eu recomendo do o local.
