Your donuts are always Fabulous but the store smelled like dirty armpits when I came in. Even a family came in after and she was like what Is that smell. Not good hygiene practice smh. Secondly this store is always having a problem with the register every time I provide a coupon or reward from the Krispy Kreme app it takes the attendant a while to figure out how to apply or even call management very time consuming.

But the worker Luis clearly has a problem with saying hello, I come in and say hello as I see he wasn’t going to say hello let alone take my order as he’s just staring at me. After he completes my order he takes the customer after me and he says “hello, what can I get for you today?” I guess he picks and chooses who he says hello to.
