I ordered a sugar-free French vanilla cappuccino, and when I arrived to pick up my order, she handed me an iced coffee. I told her that’s not what I ordered, and she just gave me another coffee with regular vanilla—and it wasn’t even hot. Out of respect for my family, I just threw it away… But it’s a disappointment. I always go to different Dunkin’ locations, but don’t go to this one.
