  This place has terrible service. Placing an order online for pick up means you still have to wait in the store for at minimum 10 minutes for your order. Theres inconsistency in their drinks. Workers are constantly talking and acting as if they don’t want to be there. The store can be packed with guest and there’s no sense of urgency to take orders. I’ve been here multiple times and my orders have been wrong or tasted disgusting. The only reason I’ve given this place multiple chances is because of how close it’s located to me. Doubt I will be returning in the future.

  Donuts were not fresh two days in a row. The first time I thought maybe I got there too late in the day. Next day I went around 9:30am. I should've checked them in the store but when I got home 5 mins later they were hard as hell. They are clearly selling old donuts. I won't be going back. I'll buy Entenmann's donuts. At least I can check the date and know they are fresh.

  Order ahead might as well not even be an option, I can order 10 minutes before and it’s still not being made by the time I get there. Also shoutout to the girl that helped me miss my train because of the Coca Cola she kept taking a break to drink while making my beverage. + Today it took 5 mins for a refresher with 5 people there. Most doing nothing while 2 customers waited in line. Ppl waited a long time for a Dunkin in this neighborhood, get it together.

  This review is for buddy with the bucked tooth, rude and ignores you so he dosent have to help you, fittles around and touches things picks them up and looks at them but doesn’t actually do any work just pretends he’s helping. When it’s clear he’s actually just wasting company time and a position that can be don’t by someone who actually wants to do the job.

  I’ve been loving the fact that finally there’s a Dunkin in the neighborhood which is amazing because now we don’t have to walk blocks away, my only issue with this location is the morning crew have no communication except for a few workers. One takes excessive order & the others are just there floating around or doing they own thing while customers just stand in a crowded area waiting for their drinks or food, on top of that no one calls out the number orders they just call out what the meal is & then you have a herd of people there trying to grab the same meal when they should be calling it by the number order so people won’t be getting mad at each other or skipping one another. It’s just really head breaking & unacceptable when I have to wait nearly 10-20 mins for an order on top of that she at times there’s like 4-5 employees. I will update my review soon if this problem changes but for now I’m sad at the fact I got to give it this type of review.
