  Made an order from here and had a horrible experience. The employees here genuinely have no idea what they were doing and it shows in the quality of the food and their customer service. First, they tried to give me an incomplete order thinkint I wouldn't notice. Somehow, the place which sells donuts had no donuts and instead of giving me a refund like a normal restaurant, they insist on making me come back for donuts tomorrow, making me go out of my way to pick up these donuts I bought a day before because they couldn't just cancel the order or give me a refund for the two donuts. The food ended up coming out burnt all around. Frustrating experience, just go to the gas station or the other Dunkin nearby

  Worst Dunkin ever! this location may be new but DO not go in there the food is gross, employees don’t wear gloves, all they do is talk all day and ignore their guest and then make mistakes constantly on their orders. Will never enter food in this Dunkin again.

  This place has terrible service. Placing an order online for pick up means you still have to wait in the store for at minimum 10 minutes for your order. Theres inconsistency in their drinks. Workers are constantly talking and acting as if they don’t want to be there. The store can be packed with guest and there’s no sense of urgency to take orders. I’ve been here multiple times and my orders have been wrong or tasted disgusting. The only reason I’ve given this place multiple chances is because of how close it’s located to me. Doubt I will be returning in the future.
