You order something on the menu and then when they dont have the required ingredients, they try to gaslight you and say “it’s discontinued” to hide their own error. I have tried to get the loaded hashbrowns so many times and they keep giving me the chipotle sauce. Today, I tried again because the chipotle hashbrowns aren’t on the menu anymore. So I foolishly thought I would get what i ACTUALLY ordered. Nope, chipotle again. Tried to call the number attached, no answer. Can’t even get a refund because the stupid virtual chatbot is down. If theres an issue, say that! Dont give me something else I dont want and did not order, and then lie about the reason you dont have it.

My food and experience was a 10/10 I will be back plus, it’s super convenient cause they have Drive-Thru as an alternative option!
