  The worker was calling my order, and I told him I would be there in a second. Then he started yelling my order again, and I reiterated that I would be right there. At that point, the manager said something to me. It look like she was taking his side. There appears to be a significant need for staff training in customer service at this establishment. During my recent visit, I encountered a manager who was unprofessional and unhelpful. I found it particularly concerning when she began speaking in a language I did not understand after I requested a refund. Additionally, her comment, "I'm not your servant," was inappropriate and disrespectful. I believe that a focus on improving communication and customer relations would greatly enhance the overall experience for patrons. I told her i was going to called the police she told me so called and i did. She never came and spoke to him, i explain everything to the police.

  I’m a delivery driver for Uber Eats. This Dunkin made no effort to complete the order with urgency. They clearly moved as slowly as possible just to mess with me and even stopped many times just to have conversations with each other. Really rude

  This location is always friendly and makes our beverages perfectly! We love Anthony for his dedication to his craft and kind nature.
