I walked in and waited 5 minutes while the staff was yelling among themselves before anyone came to the register. I said good morning and the female staff member just stared at me, I started my order and after every item she would cut me off and tell me the total I had to pay, mind you I only ordered a coffee, donut and munchkins. When I finally finished my order she just stared at me. They are always so rude and impatient here. As I’m waiting for my coffee the staff member slams it down and doesn’t say anything. I rather walk a little further and use the other Dunkin where they are sooo friendly!

Anyone that knows about matcha it has to be green I understand I’m not going to get an authentic one but other Dunkin’s have been great. When asked to get it darker they just put more powder on top and told me to mix it…… Just attitude all around, not a good experience at this Dunkin
