Ordered a turkey egg and white cheddar wake up wrap, got one with American cheese instead. I’m going to have to start taking a sip as soon as I get the drink and start checking the bag because obviously simple instructions can’t be followed, what a shame!

When I asked him not to use his phone while preparing my drink, he ignored me and continued talking on the phone. When I confronted him again, he responded, “What’s the problem? Didn’t I make the coffee? So what’s the problem?” Instead of apologizing, he was rude, so I asked for a refund.
