I’m leaving this review because the person working was on the phone while making my iced coffee, which is very unsanitary. When I asked him not to use his phone while preparing my drink, he ignored me and continued talking on the phone. When I confronted him again, he responded, “What’s the problem? Didn’t I make the coffee? So what’s the problem?” Instead of apologizing, he was rude, so I asked for a refund.

I asked for a simple Chai Latte, and when I broke open the bag, I found the cup’s sip area already open with next to nothing inside of it. There was a slight spill in the bag itself, but that doesn’t account for the rest of the drink being gone. I will say that I did get this through delivery, so it crossed my mind that it might’ve been tampered. But unless the delivery man has the magical ability to unseal then seal the bag within 7 minutes, I highly doubt he was at fault. I am actually baffled at how this is possible.
