Figured it was simple enough. It took like 15 mins for me to get my order and not only was it luke warm, it doesn’t taste like it was made with oatmilk so now I can’t even drink it. I think you also forgot the chai part. Do better.

I asked for Medium Iced Matcha Latte at this location, but once I finished my drink I noticed there was ice all the way to the top, and I am not even exaggerating, I struggled to get my straw in, slow me didn’t realized why at first!! I will NEVER shop at Dunkin ever again and will share with my friends my experience and tell them to go to Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts you are so fricking rude.
