Sometimes I pay cash and I leave a tip but most of the time I pay with a card. When I pay with the card, the service is so bad that I barely get cream cheese on my bagel and I come here almost every day but when I do leave a cash tip, I even receive napkins and a thank you very friendly service hopefully I am not the only one.

I never come during busy hours, I’m not sure why they can’t seem to get the ingredients right. It takes 3-4 remakes for them to get my order right even with the ticket provided clear as day. No greeting, no confirming orders, they just hand you anything instead of being diligent. Will not be returning to this location moving forward.
