My son and I placed two different orders and since I had forgotten about the promotion I didn't ask for the free donut or tote. While I'm waiting for my drink I see the Bengali customers getting their free donut and tote. Then I remembered the promotion and asked for the tote mostly and they refused to give it to me. The cashier told the workers not to give it to me and thay If I wanted it I needed to make the line to get it. The cashier didn't forget about the promotion with her own people but she happily gave it to them. I actually decided to make the line again but it was so long that I decided to leave. What a horrible experience. Treat your customer better and equally.

TODAY **11/26/2025** WAS EXTREMELY CROWDED WITCH IS OUT OF THE NORM, THE LADYS WORKING WERE OVERLY OVERWHELMED. WHEN MY ORDER WAS READY THEY PROVIDED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE WICKED TIN, WHEN I ASKED FOR IT THE "MANAGER" RUDELY STATED W3 D0nt hAve It SO I ASKED HER FOR MY MONEY BACK, & SHE SAID CALL THE 1800 NUMBER BECAUSE ITS A MOBILE ORDER. SO I STORMED OUT THE STORE LEAVING EVERYTHING BEHIND. ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY, BUT NO SHE WANNA BE NASTY..I WONT BE GIVING THIS PLACE ANOTHER DIME.

They let people skip you in line, ignore your orders and purposely make your drinks the wrong way if they have a problem with your ethnicity.. Today at 10:15 Am, I waited in line for 8 minutes, just for them to take a customer that spoke their language, order ahead of mine. I asked why they skipped and ignored me. The guy laughed in my face. Don't give this establishment your hard earned money. Plenty of coffee shops in the area. This place has a low rating for a reason. If you are of color, watch how they treat you.
