- RARipa AvaOct 6, 20251.0This place is terrible. There’s one employee got Nasty attitude I think it was the manager. I ordered a matcha latte my husband wanted to use the restroom so I asked her what’s the password for restroom she responded to me like I was speaking Chinese to her. She was like excuse me why you asking me go and ask other people at other cashier for key. I’m very kind I didn’t mind the way she spoke to me first I ignored it. Then I was on my phone when she put down the drink and I grabbed the drink while I was using my phone. From back she started cursing saying I asked for key but don’t know how to say thank you and then she was cursing I did not say a word because I don’t like to argue with people. I just want to say avoid going to this kind of place where employees don’t know how to treat customers. She has nasty attitude and I don’t I understand how she still working there. She should be fired for treating customers like that.

Not to mention the bad attitude of some of the employees. It’s terrible how I have a dunkin so close to me and can’t even go cause it’s so bad . I have to walk 20 minutes to a good one

All I asked was for my son’s order to be separated because I came to pick up my sister’s order and we were going our separate ways. The associate had already started doing it when the manager told her not to, saying I could do it myself. I don’t understand what her issue was, but this situation made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Better customer service and professionalism are definitely needed.
