  Extremely lazy workers who don't listen and mess up your orders especially in the evenings. No matter if you go in person or order online they're always messing up the food and act like they don't want to work here. The donuts are always stale, and for some reason whenever you order on mobile they NEVER have what you ordered so you have to substitute it with something else and can't get a refund. I also had this weird situation where i ordered a 6 dollar meal and the worker there only gave me the coffee and hashbrowns because the sandwich wasn't halal and wouldn't just give me a refund.

  They are homeless people lay on the floor or begging for change they give you one napkin when you just sat here and pay $10 for a drink. You gotta ask for a straw. They’re rude in there and it smell weird.

  This location gets worst by the day . On multiple occasions I’ve mobile ordered and the food is never up to par. The service is terrible. Lastly the atmosphere is not welcoming at all. STOP hiring people that DO NOT want to work to serve the clients. Tired of investing my hard earned money into this company for it to not even be appreciate by the workers. Today I ordered the new holiday sandwich , a cookie butter latte, and hashbrowns. I get back home and the sandwich is barely hot and the hashbrowns are MISSING! Seems like you have to degrade workers for them to treat your order with the decency it’s entitled to as soon as it’s placed. Hire people that actually want to work or shut this location down.

  It’s unclear to me why we download these apps to accumulate rewards and the employees won’t even ask us if we have a reward card to scan. I don’t understand it. I’ll say it again customer service these days is horrible. When I worked customer service I asked every customer if they had a reward card.

  The staff are beyond ignorant. They don’t follow clear written instructions. They literally will confirm and repeat your entire order just to mess it up completely. Makes no sense. If you ask for something toasted, it will not happen half the time. It’s just still food, dirty environment, confused, and rude staff. Like how do you have an entire attitude because you lack comprehension. Ordering from Uber eats it’s the same thing you give them instructions on how you want your food prepared whether it’s toasted warmed up or specific item and it’s completely opposite. I will never be going here or ordering from here again. On top of that, theyre constantly are getting the store vandalize or assaulted or some insane amount of drama happening there. It’s a terrible place that needs to be closed down permanently. They need to reopen the one back on Bruckner Boulevard and close this one down immediately.
