- SOShaunea OrtizDec 21, 20251.0So disgusted with this location the guy in the picture was making Ice coffee the whip cream fell on the FLOOR he proceeded to pick it up with his bare hands and put it BACK on the top of the ice coffee. This is beyond nasty not even paying attention that people is watching he didn’t think nobody seen it once another customer and myself started yelling asking him is he seriously to even think that’s okay he wouldn’t even remove it until we continue to make a big complaint then he takes off the dirty whip cream that felled on the floor from the coffee top and puts new whip cream instead of making a entire new coffee. If it wasn’t for me seeing him and saying something he was going to hand that dirty ice coffee. He proceeded to get mad before even making a fresh new one. Unbelievable how unprofessional and unsanitary this man is. Never coming back !!!!!! This is nearby my house so I will let everyone in my neighborhood aware to stop coming to this location. Manager was not there I asked to speak to the manager the other worker took a while before she realize how serious I was about tell him to throw the entire cup out when I started saying I’m going to report them they acting like they don’t understand didn’t even say sorry. She did start going back and forth with the guy since I showed her my phone on the review screen. Very upsetting that I had to even waste that much energy this morning and this coffee tastes nasty.
