Employes' are always chatting with each other. The lines are out the door. There's always a fight or argument because they are just so slow. Not enough employees to handle the crowds and orders. it's on the corner of a busy intersection with schools and MTA stops were people like me all they want is 1 cup of coffee and not have to wait so long to get. PLEASE GET MORE EMPLOYEES!! You make me late to work every time I want to stop by for 1 cup of coffee. Thank you!

I never have an issue with my Dunkin’ Donuts experience anywhere else but here in particular this one short lady with the heavy makeup is top 3 worst employee and the service is extremely slow too. I would recommend not going to this Dunkin if you want fast and respectful service.
