The manager here has been the same since they had this location on the corner and remodeled. I honestly don’t understand how she’s the manager. On several occasions she has attended the register literally on the phone not paying any attention to the customer. Her customer service is horrendous. Stank face, attitude, and just not helpful. I have watched other customers trying to order while she’s just talking and on the phone how is this good for anyone’s business? Overall the customer service with employees is the same, they talk amongst themselves take forever with your order and send you on your way. If you can avoid this Dunkin’ please do! They don’t care about their customers.
