  This place is the worst the coffee and the food nothing like the one in 183 and grandconcourse and the one on 4 e fordham road. All employees from this location should get fired theyre rude ,when they're talking s out of they're mouth they dont even know what they're preparing. I ordered my order online and i went there and stood waiting for my order 20 minutes. This place is lame and lack of service

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the manager of Dunkin today. How did she earn this position? From the start, she seemed disengaged and distracted, carrying on a personal conversation instead of taking my order properly. I ordered a Toasted White Chocolate Latte and clearly said hot, but she served me a cold drink. When I told her it was incorrect, she insisted I said “cold” and remade it, but I never saw her steam any milk. What she handed me tasted like plain coffee, not a latte. When I returned it, she refused to remake the drink correctly and instead added extra pumps of syrup. When I asked about the caramel drizzle and whipped cream, she told me I would have to pay extra, even though those items come standard with the drink. At that point, I was so frustrated that I threw the drink away rather than argue. It seemed like I was begging and that made me feel offended. I go to Starbucks and other coffee shops and if you not satisfied with your drink they simply make it over or refund you. I had no option with this lady. If I was not mentally stable it would have been a different outcome. She needs to be mindful of people’s mental state! Her attitude was unprofessional, she wasn’t honest about what she prepared, and the customer service overall was unacceptable. I really hope these reviews are created to help achieve better customer service because Dunkin is a brand! Don’t let people with nasty attitudes destroy it! She is horrible! Her face is so unpleasant, she is not customer friendly at all! Is either you train her or get her out!!!!!! I refuse to give a star to this Dunkin!

  This is the worst Dunkin in America, especially the spanish lady with the brown belt that’s always squeezing her waist she have no customer service at all, she make the drinks rest it down and call no name they don’t work together as a team!

  THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER. They never have anything! When you want a specific drink they say they don’t have it. It’s like they are lazy to make it. Don’t go here at all. I’ve entered 3 times trying to order and each time they said they don’t have it.
