  I redeemed a medium 2 topping pizza through the app and when I arriving I was told by manager shyma and worker rhomun where that I only ordered 2 garlic cups meaning that I wasted 60 points ,while trying to communicate this problem I was dismissed by the both of them and never got this issue resolved and lost 60 points on the app for nothing don’t go here

  Every time I order the driver wouldn’t bring my food. He wants me to go to his car not him bring it at least to the building. No matter if there is parking or not. He uses the parking as an excuse and when u come to get my food there’s plenty of parking. Mind you I put him twice a good tip and every time he was rude and told me he wasn’t coming out of his car.

  Terrible customer service. Terrible food. I ordered some boneless chicken and they gave me scraps of chicken that didn’t amount to barely anything. My chicken order comes with cheese melted all over it so it gave it an illusion that it was a full serving. I basically received a half an order at most. I called to complain and they were making an argument that that's what cooperate sends to them and it's not their fault, and nothing could be done about it. I told them yes there is, you could send me another order with the proper amount and normal pieces, and they said no. The tone, the lack of effort to correct their mistake and lack of desire to satisfy their customers is absolutely terrible. I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

  Usually I’m super calm even when having issues about orders. I ordered pizza waited for almost 2 hours still nothing, I called and was told the driver called me 7/8 times. Very calmly responded I didn’t get a call. He said the driver texted me 6 times. I never received not a single text. He said the driver is back and he’s gonna check his phone. After a short period of silence and I was assuming he realized the driver was lying told me he was gonna send him back. Sitting with my phone in hand another hour no call no text. So I called again. This time telling me they called me from the store. Again more lies and games. Now I’m requesting a refund and they told me they did. I got no email, no confirmation. So I called back now this time it was the manager. Entire time I’m calm but when I tell you this lady was on top of her voice speaking over me and getting me so angry . Telling me more lies and more games . 9:08 pm . Feb 15 2026. finally got my email and refund . Thank God, but my honest review is this is the worst location. The entire workers are trash, no manners , all liars and playing games when ppl only wanna eat. Bronxwood ave , Bronx, NY. If you are not ready to be scammed unless you can call a thousand times and get out of character! Don’t expect your food nor your money back, nor respect . From the manager straight down to the cashier . All are rude . Either they need better workers or to be retrained but the service is absolutely atrocious! I will never use this location ever again!!! Worst ! Ever I didn’t get the female manager name but the driver was muhibur!! Absolutely horrible! And u know I love me some dominoes and this was my first time using this location but this location officially got me taking my money elsewhere moving forward because I really don’t have the time for all this nonsense! And I hope someone in charge can see this and really turn that store around for better service. Thanks in advance ! I gave 1 star because zero was not an option!
