At 8:02 PM, the driver called asking me to come downstairs. When my son went down, he was told the driver had forgotten the order and would have to go back to the store. I called the driver to confirm, and unfortunately, that was true. After waiting over an hour with no food, I called the store and was told they would remake the order and send it out. I called again at 8:23 PM to confirm and was told the driver had already left — mind you, this location is only about a 10-minute bike ride away. After another 20 minutes passed with no delivery or communication, I called again. My kids were hungry and had been waiting for over an hour and a half at this point. The person who answered simply said, “He’ll call you when he gets there,” and hung up. No apology, no explanation, no concern for the inconvenience. The pizza finally arrived at 8:52 PM, and as expected, it was cold. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from Domino’s. I will not be ordering from this location again.

So I spent the extra 25 to get a door dasher to deliver it to my door since I just had surgery and physically can’t walk up and down the stairs to my surprise when my order was done the delivery person called me saying come downstairs I said I ordered through door dash and paid $25 more for my order to have it literally brought up the stairs on top of tipping!!! The driver said I’m not coming up I’m cancelling your order and hung up !! I never had the chance to get someone to go down stairs nothing. I paid an extra $25 plus $7 tip to walk up 3 flights of stairs the audacity !! Never ever ever again ordering off of dominoes ya should really be ashamed !!!
