I ordered and got charged for specialty pizzas and they gave me just regular cheese pizzas. And when I called to tell them about their mess, the guy just said he could not do anything and hung up on me. Don’t order from this place!

WHY IS EVERYTHING WE ORDER BURNT?! Pizza is dry, toppings scarce, always overcooked or burnt. Specialty chicken overcooked (but wings always raw inside), sandwiches nothing but bread and burnt cheese, salads expired & wilted, tater tots burnt. Brownie & lava cakes greasy. Do these guys know what food is supposed to look & taste like? Do you have an idea what NY Style crust is--try ordering one from the many pizzerias around here. Learn how to cook!! We pay enough for it! Went from ordering 2x week to rarely.

I recommend you not order anything for delivery and/or if you need to speak to a store representative. You will only be further dissapointed. Door dash and Uber cannot assist since they use their own drivers. Do not tip until you receive your food.

I have had issues with my food order time and time again and when I reach out to the store I am always met with a terrible attitude and no resolutions. Things have even escalated to one of the employees yelling at my boyfriend tonight because they were missing an item and he refused to give us what was already paid for… It sucks that this is the closest location to me because as much as I would love to continue to support dominos, this location gives them such a bad name.
