This is NOT the first time we had to deal with incompetent staff. The only saving grace was the man at 3611 Kings bridge who contacted the driver for me, he was the only decent one. It's apparently policy to step outside your house to collect your food when the delivery driver comes to your house, this is something you cannot change. So if you are an elder or disabled, you are discriminated against. You will not get your food. I waited outside my building for the delivery person to arrive who claimed he was there. No he wasnt. Tried calling him back, he kept rejecting my calls. I was outraged especially since it is difficult to contact 3611 Kings bridge. This has got to change! We should be able to contact 3611 kingsbridge if there is a problem like this. Until something is done, I am NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!
