  This is unbelievable i make an order at 11:46 and they still open until 1 am as the google says and they decided to cancel my order at 11:49 and don’t answer the phone calls This atore is horrible they just cancel your order Idk if it was about tips but if you want to cancel the order should call the client and let us know why you do cancellation to my order and you are just 1 block away from me if I am paying for my order and having tip in cash why you going to cancel my order this workers should’ve fired for the unfairness they do They don’t even answer the phone calls they just leaving it to ring and hanged up the first time I called unbelievable horrible customer services

  I had a terrible experience with Domino’s. This location is very unprofessional and completely unreliable. I placed my order online, my payment went through, and I never received my food. When I tried calling, no one helped me or gave me a clear answer. They acted like they didn’t care at all. The customer service is horrible. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for customers. It feels like they just take your money and don’t care if you actually get your order. This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Very disappointing, very unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Don't trust this store you never know what they can do to your pizza.

  Food heavily undercooked you can see the yeast disgusting. High expectations big disappointment 😥 call the manager to give him advice how to correct the situation for his arrogance did not permit him to assimilate the knowledge.

  My order took 2 hours to deliver when we live 5 minutes from the store and food was literally frozen. When we called the store the guy said “ he didn’t care if I never ordered from there again and that it wasn’t going to affect him or it didn’t bother him”. Amar, omar or whatever but probably a fake name. Horrible service and horrible food.

  Ordered through Uber Eats. Instead of using Uber Eats couriers, they use their in-house drivers — which is dine. Except, apparently, they don't leave their cars when they deliver pizza. Not only would they not come to my door, they wouldn't even come to my building. It really kind of defeats the purpose of getting something delivered. I tried to call the store about it, but no one answered after 10 minutes on-hold. The nice part? The food was pretty good. The bad part? They don't know how to cut. Our pizza was poorly cut, and we literally had to tear most of it apart to eat it.
