- RAraquel alexisJan 2, 20262.0They are literally around the corner from me. The pizzas were shifted in the box and cold. They took over an hour. Please do a better job with maintaining the warmth of the food. It does not matter what season it is, pizza is supposed to be HOT.
- KRKirstian RDec 30, 20251.0I am a loyal Dominos customer. I love the food so much. My experience on 12/30/25 at around 8:30 was my worst experience ever with the company. I went in to pick up a carry out order. On the website, it showed me that the food was done, I went to the counter and told who I assume was the manager multiple times that my food was ready. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier, he was unable to understand so I waited and waited until he kept coming around and going back into the kitchen and not giving me my pizza. Then eventually I got frustrated and I told him the one with the black box because I had a pan pizza. So at this point, my food was already cold and when I got home, one of the pizzas had no sauce and the brownies did not taste good. This ruined my night, even further. I called the store and explained my situation and he wanted to see the food. I went back and all he said was that the food is fine. When I have been a loyal customer for years, I know how everything taste better than him probably. So after messing up my pizza and my brownies, he did not want to give me a refund, so I will not be coming back to this location, and I recommend others to do the same.
