When I asked a staff member when the next batch would be ready, I was informed that they only make one batch a day and it’s as soon as they open - which I find to be very strange, because every other chipotle I go to always has vinaigrette in stock, it’s just this one location. I would not recommend coming to this location, the meat is also never fresh either so I don’t know why I expected vinaigrette to be in stock. Hopefully management will see this and make the necessary changes at this location to match the standards Chipotle strive to maintain across the board and keep the customers who do continue to come here, happy since they’ve lost me as a loyal customer.

After requesting extra cheese and lettuce not only did they not put extra it was somehow less than standard and refused to fix it. I am extremely disappointed by the terrible customer service and lack of resolution. If you ever do an online order from this location, just don’t.
