  On 1/31/2026 I placed a pick-up on checkers and Rally's at 8:19PM and awaited my order inside this establishment. I received a text that my order would be ready between 8:25 and 8:35PM. I proceeded to the cashier to pickup my order when the cashier stated that I had no order. I explained to him that I had placed two separate orders. He than began to say that I didn't have two orders. I showed him my email in my phone and he physically took my phone and was reading my email at least he pretended to. He told me to cancely orders if I placed them because he doesn't have them. I told him that he could clearly see I has two orders. He replied and said "you trying to get free food. You have one order not two. You want to steal food." I told him if I had one order than give me my one order and cancel the second. He told me to call my bank and tell them to cancel. This went on until 9:11 PM and still I didn't receive my order. The cashier refused to either givee my order or refund. I am not back and fourth with my card company and door dash. I went to this business about my issue and was told they can't help. I am now paying for food I never received. This is the worst checkers in the Bronx.

  Upon my first visit, (which was unplanned but well-worth it); I noticed that the staff here are very kind and friendly. They work fluidly together and always make patrons feel respected. The wait time is perfect. They have a ramp and they don't rush anyone away with "let me wipe this up" tactics. People-friendly. The food was very good, especially affordable. Especially the well-seasoned burgers and fries; this helps people on a budget of any kind. Very comfortable. I suggest extending the place in same location in the future for more patrons actually.

  Store #3340 the Manager zq and Employers are extremely helpful and welcoming when you inter checkers Fast food. I enjoy their customer service, my order is always Correct. The manager is great at De-escalating situations with anger customers who come to Purchases. This is the place to be

  Food was normal Checkers fare, no complaints there. It's very busy at lunch and there is very little seating in the shop. I'd only go back of you wanted take out. The cashier was rude but it was very busy when I was there so he was probably stressed out. Either way I got my food within 2 minutes.
