With only one car ahead of me in the drive thru, I expected a quick visit. When I reached the intercom, the employee asked me to wait before ordering. When she returned, I had to repeat my order several times because she stated that she could not hear me clearly. After placing the order and paying, I waited over forty minutes in the drive thru. During this time, multiple DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers were waiting in the parking lot and approached the drive thru window to express frustration about their delays. The restaurant appeared to be operating with only one cook and one employee handling service. While I understand that it was late at night, a location that is one of the only fast food restaurants open at that hour should be prepared for higher demand and staffed accordingly. Unfortunately, after the long wait, the food was cold and tasted as though it had been reheated.

When I go, as long as she is there, Tanicia greets me by my name. Even if she is not the one taking my order and she sees me, she will still address me with a warm hello and make sure I know about any specials that are currently available. At fast food places, you are usually just another number, but here, the effort is definitely made!!! A++
