    Will never go back to this location after tonight. Was here a few times and the service was always awful. Forgetting our table, missing multiple items ordered. Waiting 30 mins for a refill. Appetizers coming out after the main. I’m not one to write reviews ever but we felt so disrespected tonight. It wasn’t until I spoke up and got a little firm did the waitress apologize and speak clearly. She was mumbling the entire time, we could barely hear her. To make it even worse than it already was, I got home and instantly became sick. I’ll never return

    This place has SERIOUSLY tanked. Unsure if it’s due to severe case of understaffing or just unhappy employees. No one is ever available to seat you when you walk in. If you place a pick up order you are guaranteed to be waiting 30+ minutes After your promise time before your food will be ready. Whenever you do spot a staff member at the front they are extremely rude. This place has most definitely fallen from what it use to be. Would highly suggest you avoid at any and all cost.

    Terrible service! Place an order for pick up, they never make the food, after hours i request a cancellation and refund, and they didn’t answer! Still waiting for an answer!

    Very disappointed in this Buffalo Wild Wings. I used the Buffalo Wild Wings website to order one of their wing bundles for delivery at 6 pm tonight. 90 minutes went by and no food arrived. So I called them up and I’m told my order is a pick up order not delivery. It’s been sitting by the register and I have to come pick it up. I asked to be transferred to the manager because I know for certain my order is a delivery order. The manager “Abe” gets on the phone. He says it’s not a delivery order and that if I want it delivered I need to place an additional delivery order. That they will combine it with my previous order to have it sent out. It makes no sense for me to have to order another item or something I have no desire for, as a means to have a previously paid for order fulfilled in the manner in which it was originally processed. I then read back my emailed receipt from Buffalo Wild Wings to “Abe” which specified delivery instructions, yet he still claimed it was not a delivery order. So I told “Abe” to process my refund. He refused, saying “the order was still pending.” I then told him to cancel the order, which he also refused also because “the food was already cooked.” “Abe” then told me that if I wanted a refund I would have to contact them in the morning for a refund. It makes no sense that I would have to call to beg for my order to be delivered, be told it can’t be, then beg for my own money to be refunded and then told that I have to wait for it. So the restaurant gets to not fulfill my order and sit on my money? Buffalo Wild Wings needs to fix the way their mobile app/website communicates with their store locations. And “Abe” needs to recognize that the issue was on their end and the remedy to rectify a situation should not be for a customer to have to spend more money. Not once did “Abe” apologize for the inconvenience or take any type of ownership over the problem. The establishment should make every effort to remedy a problem created at the location or via the corporate in regards to their location. “Abe” has very poor customer service skills, I have no idea how someone of his demeanor could be a manager, perhaps he should be demoted and someone who has a better understanding of customer service and the first rule of business should take over the position.

    I had multiple disappointing experiences at this location, primarily due to a lack of organization and consistency. There is never anyone available to greet or seat guests, and it is common to wait over fifteen minutes before someone eventually comes from the back. Ordering food to go is also extremely time consuming, with wait times typically ranging from forty five minutes to an hour, and sometimes even longer on weekends. On one visit, my party was seated near the bar, yet no one could identify our server. We waited over an hour without any service before anyone acknowledged us. Unfortunately, the food quality is also inconsistent. The wings are consistently overcooked and lacking sauce, and the drinks are often watered down. My most recent visit was especially frustrating. I arrived an hour before closing, yet no one was willing to seat or serve me. I was told that the kitchen was already closed. This felt like a complete waste of time, as it is unreasonable to advertise business hours that extend an hour beyond when the kitchen actually closes an hour before. This location needs significant improvements in organization, service, and communication.
