- TCTabitha CruzMay 30, 20251.0This place tries to poison me. First of all place looks like a scene out of the walking dead. A zombie was sitting at the window chewing his string from his hoodie. The staff wouldn’t acknowledge me until I spoke up. The worker that helped me was slow and made me repeat what I wanted three times. All I asked for was a single scoop nothing else no bells and whistles simple. After leaving the store I took a taste of this ice cream and I swear it was like tasting spoiled beer and milk together. Trust me it was poison I spit it out and then proceeded to regurgitate. I should have know always trust your gut and do judge a book by its cover. The door glass was smashed in like it was kicked or a garbage can was flung at it.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
