I told the worker that I want 1 scoop and the cashier girl was open so I went to pay and used Apple Pay to pay for the ice cream which is $2.99 plus tax equals $3.26... why once my friend pays for her 1 scoop also payed with Apple Pay.. the guy that took our order ran outside and said I didn’t pay .. I said “what are you talking about... I have it on my phone...” he then said “ok sorry” .. now I’m upset and I went back inside and said excuse me “didn’t I pay you and it shows on my bank account you charged me $4.89” ... now she tells me “I don’t remember you paying” now she’s lying... some other guy came over and asked me to show me the phone where it says I paid .. so it took them 5 mins to figure it out and refund me $1.63 .. I felt humiliated that he ran outside accusing me of not paying .. thanks to that I would never go back to bask in Robbins .. I would rate 0 star if that was an option !

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
